AlkaEco did not start with a sales pitch. Instead, our development journey began with research.
In 2023, while we still operated under the name Ecoresomation, AlkaEco participated in the independent TAUW study that the Dutch government commissioned to examine the environmental impact of alkaline hydrolysis.
The study provided valuable insights into the technology and its environmental considerations. However, we did not see the research as the end of our development process.
We saw it as a reason to go back to the drawing board.
So, after the study, our team continued to examine the installation in detail. We reviewed its components, materials, energy use, water consumption, operational efficiency, and overall design.
As a result, we developed a new generation of AlkaEco technology.
At the heart of that development is one of our key innovations:
the Energy Recall System.
Meet the Energy Recall System
Every industrial process uses energy.
The more interesting question is: how much of that energy can the system use more intelligently?
AlkaEco developed the Energy Recall System to recover and reuse energy within the process. Therefore, instead of simply accepting energy loss as part of normal operation, the system takes a more efficient approach.
At the same time, our development focuses on reducing the use of three important resources:
- energy;
- water;
- chemicals.
According to AlkaEco’s technical development figures, the system can significantly reduce resource consumption depending on the installation and operating conditions.
